Open Source Flash Editor for Linux with QT GUI, real name is "F4L", because Macromedia got "Flash" trademark. Previous Licensing problems, from author website: "I sent an email to GNU explaining that we have a project that links QPL, GPL, and LGPL" finally he stick with BSD licence for the software: "btw this product licensed with BSD license."
