Adobe Flash Player plugin version 10 is not recognized by FireFox 3.6.10 on
8.04Hardy.
I downloaded the .deb package and installed it with no problem reported but
it is not seen in Firefox plugin list after that.
When accessing a page with Flash Player needed, Firefox still ask for
installing
do other flash sites work for your? Do you see the flashplugin if you
type about:plugins in the URL bar of firefox and hit enter?

apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree swfdec-mozilla mozilla-plugin-gnash
adobe-flashplugin
This will let us know what flash players you have installed so that we
can better diagnose
I have installed apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree swfdec-mozilla
mozilla-plugin-gnash
adobe-flashplugin but the same problem remaining there.
