Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ekiga

I'm Ubuntu 9.04. My sister is WinXP. We both have Ekiga installed, and have
registered sip:xxx...@ekiga.net addresses entered into our Contacts lists
supplied by EKIGA via e-mail including passwords etc.
But we cannot connect! Speaking to each other on land-line telephones and
having QUIT - not minimised - our Skype, we have run into a brick wall.
With both of us on line, we get 'user not available.'
I have no firewalls ...... ubuntu ... and my sister .... disabled hers.
Help appreciated.
Michael.
