I downgraded Ubuntu to Edgy on my Toshiba but still the bug persisted, It seems
that the original version I used: Dapper, then online upgrade to Edgy did not
cause USB Problems, it seems a fresh install of Edgy and Feisty makes the bug
appear.

I originally had that problem on Dapper, and in Edgy. I think the very
latest updates on Edgy fixed it, but I can't verify that it works or not in
Feisty as I use that laptop as a server now. It just sits in a corner, and
I haven't had the time to test with it. Maybe during vacation. Please,

My Toshiba Sattelite Pro L100 has this issue with Ubuntu Feisty Fawn and
am going to downgrade to Edgy Eft which did not have this USB problem.
