I am just working in any window in which you use the arrow keys to
navigate. Sometimes (if not everytime), when I open a new terminal
window, down arrow key stops working (it is very anoying tring to
navigate down when i.e. editing a text), neither works "end" key. I can
parcially repair the problem going
Sistem>Preferences>Keyboard>Distributions and changing keyboard model
(from ACPI standard to generic 104 keys or viceversa). But it is only
for a moment, because if I open a new terminal it gets broken again.
