Hi,
Rolf is right: please keep the debdiff as small as possible (in this case, it
could be that the control file is generated).
Also, in your changelog, please explains what are the modified file (like
debian/patches/02-run-plugin.patch: ...), explaining each patch in that case.

I mixed up fix released and fix committed in my last comment. Still, I
believe the advice "don't set to fixed $anything" unless you are
upstream or a Ubuntu dev generally holds.

Ok, found the bug within the run-plugin source code and will post a
patch for it.
In the meantime just symlink anjuta-launcher to anjuta_launcher.

I'm also having the same issue but surely this can't be an issue with
anjuta. I had assumed it's an X/video driver issue, it shouldn't crash
from an application request unless it is faulty.
