OK,
it seems that i had these repos turned on (back from testing different
torrent programs)
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/hydr0g3n/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/hydr0g3n/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
which caused the python-libtorrent to have an update

i can't see any 0.14.6b-0ubuntu1 version listed here:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=libtorrent-rasterbar.
Can you please point me to this package/repo?

python-libtorrent ver 0.14.6b-0ubuntu1 (jaunty) is the package that
ubuntu auto updated too with the ppa's activated I had to force ubuntu
to use python-libtorrent to ver 0.14.5.2~jaunty~ppa1 (jaunty). It was
all working fine until there was an auto update

Please use official libtorrent-rasterbar packages from your
distribution, or if you really need an up-to-date version please use
only the ppa from deluge-team: https://launchpad.net/~deluge-
team/+archive/ppa.
Packages from any other ppa are highly discouraged.
