As there has not been any change in hubackup regarding DVD-RAM, the
issue is still the same.
But maybe I did not explain it very well.
DVD-RAM can be written like a HD or an USB stick or such. As the
capacity is limited however, the backup has to be split like with normal
CDs or DVDs.

Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue
