I'm unable to see bug #434817, so not able to check if this is a
duplicate.
There might be a kernel issue here, I'm seeing these intermittently when
inserting discs (resulting in failed automount):

I have a feeling that the drive is bad, since was not able to replicate
with same disc in Karmic alpha 5 on another machine. Will try to swap
drives tomorrow to check.
