1. Look for instructions on how to set up Ubuntu to log in
automatically.
What you see: "1. Open System > Administration > Login Window. 2. You
will be prompted for your password. 3. Click Security." etc.
What you should see: "1. Open System > Administration > Login Screen. 2.
Choose Unlock. 3. Choose "Log in as..." etc.
