The bug still in karmic and still pretty bad...
i installed a fresh version of kubuntu Lucid 10.04 x86 64 and the bug
are fixed, no more crash with KDE 4.4 with or without Nvidia drivers,

I run Kubuntu Karmic 64 x86 64
With last update the graphic environement are blocked (freeze) , i cannot
quit, use anytask or close process.
The only possibility are CTRL+F2 to have shell.
