I've been using wpa2 for quite a while, but nothing else, static IP, and all
the default networking packages. Iptables also has the default configuration.

1. What kind of security is configured on your access point?
2. Are you using DCHP on the Wi-Fi interface? The only dhclient log
messages I see in the attached syslog.txt are for "eth0".
