It's not a specific page that I can point to. And it does not happen
all the time. I can't say for sure, but I think somehow the mousekey
release event does not get sent properly. It may be that high CPU load
aggrevates the likelyness of this happening.

Rolf, I just verified that it does only scroll one page per click. Do
you have a specific page that is causing an issue?

My experience seems to be the opposite. All my apps usually scroll one
screenful when clicking on the scrollbar. Just verified this to be the
case with Thunderbird.

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. Are there other apps that only
scroll one screenful when you click on the scrollbar? AFAIK, when you
click on the scrollbar, it takes you to the place where you click.
