I think there is a miscommunication here. I am not reporting that GDM
is using user names and not usernames.
I am reporting that Ubiquity says one thing, and GDM is doing something
different. If the bug is not GDM, and I stated earlier that it was
probably not as it was obviously a conscious
the installer dialog is asking what user should be logged in
automatically, not the name format to use
