Other thing Empathy is not so user friendly. When someone sends you a
message, the notification pops up, but it is very awkward to get to the

I got the same bug on a amd64 architecture, ubuntu 9.10 Beta.
I was 'sent' here from aport, but I was unable to attach the neccesary support
files.
So far, I have only succeeded in doing so (being able to post the attachments)
by reporting a new bug.
