This is still a big bad problem with trusty. In some cases ubuntu-bug reports a
package as not being a genuie Ubuntu package, but the package *IS* a genuie
Ubuntu package! It is available within the Ubuntu repositories and it is, as
far as I can confirm, up to date.

APPORT_IGNORE_OBSOLETE_PACKAGES for such cases.
