Dmitry, unfortunately, if you are seeing problems with the fglrx driver
there is not much we can do as this is a closed proprietary driver and
we cannot fix it.

Hi Colin,
1. I've tried to switch to VT1 to start suspend from console as
described in manual, but I have seen only color stripes on screen. It
seems like a have additonal issue with fglrx driver. My laptop have 2
video card ATI hd4300 and embedded intel card. Will try suspend with
intel card
2.
Same behaviour with intel card, but with intel card console works fine
