Problems with accentu
Here's a patch that implements my suggestion. It should be suitable for
forwarding to Debian (and I'd appreciate it if you could do so),
although it's not upstreamable as yet because it relies on a new enough
version of man-db which is far from the only man implementation out
there.

be supported), so this should clear up eventually. Nevertheless, I think
konqueror should depend on man-db (>= 2.5.1-1) and have its man: backend
run the file you give it through 'man --recode UTF-8' in order to get a
