I had this same error today using Ubuntu Netbook Edition Lucid Beta 1
with linux-image-2.6.32-17-generic on a Dell Mini 10 (Inspiron 1012). So
far it has not happened again. This is the relevant info from syslog:

I was not doing any profiling, or reloading of profiles. The laptop had
just come up after a reboot, that is all. I have not made any changes to
the profiles since either. Requested info attached anyway, cheers.

can you attach your profiles (contents of /etc/apparmor.d/).
Where you doing any profiling, or reloading of profiles before this happened?
Also I have you made any updates to your profiles, since this oops?
