following command from a Terminal (Applications-Accessories-Terminal)

This bug just occurred on my 10.04 upgraded system with updates as of
April 2 2010.
M1330 (All intel)
Lucid Beta updated on April 2
System encountered this issue after 1st reboot after update.

to a crash occuring during an upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04.
