Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-applets-data

When I change, the cpu frequency with the gnome-applet (in karmic), the system
ask me to enter my password every session.
In fact, with the polkit-gnome-authorization, I can't change the
org.gnome.cpufreqselector.policy because the file doesn't exist in the package
gnome-applets-data_2.28.
With Jaunty gnome-applets-data_2.26 package, there is a file in
/usr/share/PolicyKit/policy/org.gnome.cpufreqselector.policy.
When I create this file, I can change the authorisation with
polkit-gnome-authorisation but it doesn't work when I use the applet.

** Affects: gnome-applets (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
