Binary package hint: grdc

Occasionally I notice that the drop-down for grdc is unstable, meaning that 
when I hover my mouse over it, instead of opening and remaining open to allow 
me to make a selection, it flickers wildly and makes it (nearly) impossible to 
click a choice.
I'm not sure how to duplicate it, it seems to happen after an extended time.  
It is possible that it is happening after my RDP session has been terminated by 
the VPN / wifi because of inactivity or sleep mode. 
Expected action would be to not flicker and let me choose minimize or 
disconnect to terminate the application
