I notified the upstream packaging:

However I think it will not impact the Ubuntu repackaging which has to
be fixed separately.

For example, in order to fix this bug for OO Writer, you just have to perform
the below change for the /usr/lib/openoffice/share/xdg/writer.desktop file:
