This bug affects the karmic koala. The hdf5 lucid lynx packages
correctly include the .mod files. But still the karmic koala is
affected.

The --enable-fortran flag should be added to the configure section of
the debian rules file. But i can't get it compiled because it fails
while looking for the g95 fortran compiler.
