This seems to only affect i386. On amd64 the linux-image-virtual
installs a -server kernel, which works fine as a Xen domU.

I couldn't find any hint of a configuration change in the kernel changelogs.
Therefore I guess that koudy erroneously thoguht that attaching his XEN-enabled
kernel config justifies the status change of the bug.
I'll change it back. If I'm wrong, I apologize.

The error message from xend when trying to start the DomU is
Error: (2, 'Invalid kernel', 'elf_xen_note_check: ERROR: Will only load images
built for the generic loader or Linux images')
That seems to be what is to be expected if you look at the kernel's
config:
~# dpkg -S /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.31-1
Can you please provide some more detail on how it fails?
