Thank you for the clear directions to reproduce this issue. I am able to
reproduce this in Xubuntu 9.10 using Gnumeric 1.9.9. It has been fixed
in Xubuntu development version, Lucid Lynx, using Gnumeric 1.10.0.
I am closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest development
version of

Thanks for working on this bug! This is still reproducible. To
recreate the bug, enter some test numbers into a column. Select these
data and go to Tools, Statistical Analysis, Frequency Tables, Histogram.
Once the histogram menu pops up, enter some range into the Cutoffs
boxes
