Note that there are missing icons as well for all of the installed
themes: GNOME, High Contrast Inverse, and Humanity. So at least gnome-
icon-theme and gnome-accessibility-themes are affected as well if not
some other package altogether.
gnome-icon-theme:
Installed: 2.28.0-0ubuntu1
Installed tango-icon-theme and using Tango still results in missing
icons.
tango-icon-theme:
Installed: 0.8.90-3
Candidate: 0.8.90-3
