A guest session available from GDM could make for a good honey pot in
case the computer gets stolen. An if-up.d script could then phone home
with the IP address to serve as evidence for law enforcement.

Thank you for your bug report, it's probably a duplicate though. Not
having it on the login screen is a design decision right now, it has
been decided that the access should be given by an user and not open to
anybody, could be a configuration option though
