Surely this is no bug, Any help to move it to a wish-list will be appreciated. And more, there are many release parties for the next version of Ubuntu around the world. Wouldn't it be nice to have a countdown in seconds before they open the champagne? Doesnt matter if its a countdown some hours a

As I understand it, there isn't a fixed time on the release day when Ubuntu will be released. The release could happen at any time during that day, when things are ready. As a result it's not possible to count down to the release in hours. On that basis I'd close the bug. I'm subscribing the relea
