Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xsplash
New install of 9.10, and whenever the xsplash screen is running there is
static playing through the speakers.
This includes before logging in, after logging in, and when logging out.
I'm not sure what kind of information would help, so let me know what
else to supply.
