More testing showed that the host (www.thsolar.com) does not work properly from
any OS.
Test from several versions of Ubuntu and Windows with several client progrmas
did not return a valid response, only a curl request from Ubuntu 8.04 gave ab
empty response.
Telneting port 80 was possible but

I am inexperience to Lunchpad and Ubuntu forum, in term of the bug
report and problems suggestion.

After doing some tests I got fully blocked.
Look like a misconfiguration of HTTP server, firewall and / or IDS.
