Ok here's my experience then :
I had regular update-notifications using Dapper beta. Now since Dapper LTS, it
seems the update-notification does'nt work anymore.
I still hear the typical HDD activity that precedes updates check every day,
but then the icon never shows up.
If I manually launch
Does update-notifier run? Please attach your /etc/apt.conf.d/10periodic
and /etc/apt.conf.d/15adept-periodic-update file. Thanks.
