extra "Settings" entry which I don't have either).
The problem is "Control Center", "Settings-Modules", "System Settings",

I am not seeing the same problem/confusion that is in your screenshot.
I reported a bug earlier, can't find it right now, in regards to
duplicate system settings

Confirmed on Feisty. The organization of the help is terrible. A lot
of those things also appear under "Control Center Modules."
