the printer is added without problems and can be used.

Can you try with the Live CD of Edgy? Are you able to set up your
printer there?

the problem is only with the live CD. (version 6.06)
after the installation everything functions perfectly.

I'm able to add the HP DeskJet 710C with gnome-cups-manager on the final Ubuntu
Dapper 6.06 LTS.
Do you run Ubuntu from the live cd or did you install it?
Please provide the output of the printingdebugscript to know which printing
packages are installed on your
