So this is something that's unfortunately highly dependent upon the
video driver. If it broke between upgrades, that's due to the video
driver rather than myth, and there's not much we can do about it.
I'd recommend turning off the opengl-vsync option and using a more
reliable timing method.

After a reboot, the "Sync-To-Open-GL" still does not work. However -
video tearing is not an issue any more. At least not on the 190+x
-Nvidia-Driver. I would like to change the bug title to "OpenGL-Sync"
broken. Any objections?
