Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-disk-utility

On starting my Desktop I'm presented with a "Hard disk may be failing.
One or more hard disks report health problems. Click the icon to get
more information."

While I am certainly familiar with where to look for such an icon, the
instructions are extremely vague. In particular, Gnome includes an icon
in the dialog box itself. And there are many icons in my notification
area. Instructions to look to the notification area would be good. A
dialog option to immediately open the interface with the additional
information would be better.
