strange, now audio isnt muted at start session anymore. It is using the last audio volume i set in last session as it was expected to do. Now everything is working. I let this tip to you there. Something is happening with "Power down HDA controllers after 10 idle seconds", check it out -- ubuntu

Well, after searching I found which disabling the power down HDA controllers solved most of my problem, althought each session starts with audio muted( i have to increase volume to enable it). In alsa-base.conf # Power down HDA controllers after 10 idle seconds options snd-hda-intel power_save=10
