missing in Kubuntu Feisty/KDE 3.5.6, but I can't reproduce the "bug"
parts of your report (#2 and #3) so I think those are fixed.
If you are interested in getting these features implemented, your idea might
get more attention
Konqueror's metabar doesn't seem to work at all in Intrepid/KDE 4.1.
