Actually a Kubuntu-docs issue. This will be fixed for Feisty.
The issue is using the about-kubuntu documentation for the Firefox front
page. I have created a new front page similar to Ubuntu, Edubuntu, and
Xubuntu, so this will fix this issue.

Confirmed on a fresh, standard, Kubuntu LTS 6.06.1 install, and still a
problem as of today. Please see also the later report that I'm about to
mark as a duplicate of this.
