This is embarrassing. I have Crossover installed on my machine(s) to use
some Windows programs, and there was a conflict when I would use the
Flashplayer. When I uninstalled the Crossover flashplayer, and tried
starting www.sprintip.com, the system would try to reinstall the
Crossover flashplayer
