This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it
recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try with the

I also have this problem only on 9.10, all previous Ubuntu versions
(since 4.04) worked well but it happens every time I shutdown (or
restart) my laptop.
Additionally, I also get the following messages:

I used apport-collect 475410 command and sorry for selecting wrong
package. I hope this reports help you. As i said it sometimes doenst
shutdown and last time i shutdown it normally halted.
