This error seems to have arisen from a previous error where a package was
corrupted and not installed.
You could try removing
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs-bin_4%3a4.3.2-0ubuntu7_amd64.deb and
re-upgrading, but this isn't something we can fix with an update from our end.
