This bug has two things in common with bug 476115 -- the locale (I guess
-- is this ZH_CN or what?) and the notices about a broken install-info.
Is there a problem with install-info in this locale, by any chance?

the report says that for some reason the post installation script fails.
unfortunately, I cannot read why.
