Hi. Thanks you for the fast respond. And sorry if i didn't report the bug in the right place. I'm newbie. The touchpad does not work at all. The pointer remains static in the middle of the screen. However it works with an external usb-mouse. My laptop model is SAMSUNG NP-R509-XA02ES thanks a lot
