A big part of the dpkg database disappeared. The bug provides no clue on
how this happened. There's nothing we can do here.

This is not a bug in clamav. Based on the attached log it looks like
your /var/lib/dpkg/info directory is corrupt or missing. All of the
"dpkg: serious warning ..." entries are telling you something has gone
seriously wrong. I'm not sure what or what the solution is, but it's
nothing to do with
