The ministry of interior affairs (Misrad HaPnim) website is known to be
problematic in Firefox due to javascript issue on the website. They are
aware of this issue and said they will fix it until 2010 (note that we
are passed this dead line already...).

I can confirm this behavior, though it is probably the websites that are
to blame, not Firefox.
