ntp package should not install
There is nothing in the packaging that installs a drift file, and
installing the package on lucid and maverick does not produce a drift
file.

Hi Jan,
It *is* triaged (NTP/Ubuntu). The NTP-only task is the wrong upstream I
added in. I am marking it invalid, so not to confuse things. I am sorry
for this mistake.
