Correct. It looks like a stale entry in their online database, pointing
to a no-longer-existent URL. VLC isn't hardcoded to go to any of these
sites.

John, thanks for the clarification of your comment. So it looks like
this is an issue with the online CD artwork database, and not a bug with
vlc? If so, I'll mark this report as invalid.

Well if you word it that way, it sounds much more sinister-ish. But
Yeah, if the CD artwork database says the image for the album cover is
on www.foresight.gov.uk, then VLC will go there to fetch it.
If you don't like VLC following links like that, I'd suggest disabling
CD artwork fetching again.
John, are you saying that it is normal for vlc to craft a url that goes
out to www.foresight.gov.uk?

This seems to me like normal behavior arising from fetching CD artwork
with VLC.
