libsfml was not being synced because it had been blacklisted due to an
orig.tar.gz mismatch. Now that there's a new upstream version in
Debian, this is no longer an issue, so I've unblacklisted and synced the
package.

I am going to reopen this bug as we have been through several autosync
runs and this sync has not taken place yet. This sync is needed for the
libcfml sync to happen #491069

As no changes has been done to Ubuntu (except rebuilding it), this
package will be automatically synced from Debian.
So no bug report are needed. Marking as invalid.
