I think there are two issues:
1) You disconnect and resolv.conf gets cleared. This is normal. When you are
disconnected, you can't use nameservers anyway.
In resolv.conf you should have at the top
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT T
you almost got it, only a single disconnection is necessary to clear
resolv.conf, then I have to conect and manually put my two nameserver in
resolv.conf and save to enable me to navigate on web
